A one page typed letter signed at the conclusion in blue felt tip pen "M Teresa MC," by Mother Teresa.
The letter is typed on the reverse of a prayer slip with a black & white photograph of her, and a bible verse. The verse is from Isaiah and reads in full:
"See! I will not forget you... I have carved you on the palm of My Hand... I have called you by your name... You are mine... You are precious to Me... I love you. Isaiah"
Dated Dec. 22, 1992 from her "Missionaries of Charity" in Calcutta, India. The letter measures approximately 4.25" x 3.75". Sold with the original mailing envelope to a gentleman in Hawaii.
