A truly unique and almost certainly one-of-a-kind Hunter S. Thompson piece. A library copy of the book "Rolling Stone The Photographs" signed on the inside by Hunter S. Thompson who added an incredible "Hunter rant" before nicely signing and dating the page.
The book is from the Aspen High School Library and still has the check out slip attached to the inside front cover.
On Jan. 18, 1990 Hunter got ahold of the book and wrote and signed (in black ballpoint pen) and inscribed the book in the white margin next to his photograph on page 107.
Hunter wrote in full:
"Down time in the think tank - Woody Creek Rod + Gun Club
The author contemplates $10 million dollar profit from the bomb-death of WLCC Turbo, the $10 Million dollar sperm bomb....

This is the much rarer "full" version of Hunter's autograph... and he wrote "HUNTER" underneath it.
W.L.C.C. Turbo refers to a Limousin Bull that was owned by Hunter's friend and fellow Woody-Creeker George Stranahan, owner of Woody Creek Tavern, etc. W.L.C.C. Turbo was declared the grand champion at the 1990 National Western Stock Show in Denver, and went up for stud soon after.
The photo may be removed from the book for framing.
