Pearl Jam's 1991 debut album "Ten", clearly signed on the cover in blue marker by all five members of Pearl Jam... Eddie Vedder, Mike McCready, Stone Gossard, Jeff Ament, and Dave Krusen (who was the band's drummer on TEN).
The cover art of Ten changed for later releases of the album.

Krusen wrote "Garden"; the title of one of the songs on the album.

As of late, the members of Pearl Jam usually refuse to sign autographs.
