Before he became the lead guitarist for The Grateful Dead... Jerry Garcia studied art at the San Francisco Art Institute from 1958-1959. His artwork gained fame (and huge sales) when they put it onto neckties.

This piece is entitled "Paris In The Rain". The lithograph has been signed in pencil by Jerry Garcia. The original drawing was done in ink and pen and brush. The lithograph is printed on heavy stock art paper.
This lithograph is from a signed and numbered edition silkscreened prints.

In addition to a Letter of Authenticity (Lifetime Guarantee) from The Autograph Source, the print is sold with an additional Certificate of Authenticity from The Art Peddler, which was the first gallery to carry Jerry's artwork. This certificate has a photograph of Jerry in his art studion, and a facimile Jerry Garcia signature. Museum frame, with glass.

No additional reproductions of this image were made, and the master was destroyed. The image is silkscreened on Ragcote-100% fiber paper.
