This document appoints The Honorable Edward H. Foley as Chairman of the 1961 Inaugural Committee with authority to appoint members of the same committee. One of the very first documents signed by Kennedy as President-Elect.
Dated November 29, 1960, the document measures approximately 8.5”x 11”.
