Eric Clapton "461 Ocean Boulevard" album, signed on the cover in black marker by Eric Clapton.
Signed in 1995 (date and place of signing are detailed in the Certificate of Authenticity).
Framed, but not in a regular Autograph Source frame (it is still pretty nice, with UV Plexiglass and a black wood frame).
The cover has normal edge wear, and a minor bit of paper loss and residue from removal of a price tag (just below 'BOULEVARD' in the title), but overall it presents very nicely. Priced accordingly.
