Riddell Green Bay Packers mini helmet autographed in black marker by Notre Dame and Green Bay Packer superstar Paul Hornung, who added his number “5” and “HOF 86” after his autograph. (He was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame in 1986).
Hornung is one of only five players to have won both the Heisman Trophy and the NFL’s Most Valuable Player Award.
