Augusta National Masters Tiger Woods on “Azalea No. 13″ 40″ x 30” photograph, boldly signed in black marker by Tiger Woods.
One of the most picturesque landscapes of Augusta is “Amen’s Corner” hole No. 13, fittingly named “Azalea”.
Amen Corner is one of the most famous groups of golf holes in the history of the grand sport. The nickname describes the 11th, 12th and 13th holes at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia, which is the site of the Masters Tournament.
Every year “even for the non golf fans” the talk of Amen Corner is the gorgeous azalea blooms that dot the edges of those holes. The white, pink, dark pink, purple, fuchsia and red azaleas seem to peak at full bloom perfectly during the annual April event.
The photo was taken on Sunday of the 2005 Masters Tournament.
Tiger is wearing his ‘Sunday Red’ en-route to his 2005 Masters victory (won with an exciting playoff victory over Chris DeMarco).
This is one of the most beautiful Tiger Woods pieces that we have had the opportunity to sell. Up close, the level of detail in this print is amazing!
